Designed by Barker Woodrow Architects, the scheme looked to maximise best use of the space to provide a comfortable and modern living space.

A design and build project where the existing building had been condemned due to its old and dilapidated state. The site was purchased and we were able to gain planning permission to build a new build 4 bedroom detached house in place of the old site.view case study

We were able to gain planning permission part demolish, extend and refurbish the bungalow into a high specification 5 bedroom detached house including en-suite bathroom and walk in wardrobe to the master bedroom.view case study

Parkview Developments were appointed as Principal Contractor to take over this project from a previous contractor who had gone into administration. The project involved the complete fit-out of these 9no. 4 storey townhouses complete with basements and associated external works which included section 278 works.view case study
