DESIGN & PROJECT MANAGEMENT, NEW BUILDS, REFURBISHMENT

A design and build project where the existing building had been condemned due to its old and dilapidated state. The site was purchased and we were able to gain planning permission to build a new build 4 bedroom detached house in place of the old site.

A design and build project whereby an existing 2 bedroom bungalow stood requiring substantial refurbishment. We were able to gain planning permission part demolish, extend and refurbish the bungalow into a high specification 5 bedroom detached house including en-suite bathroom and walk in wardrobe to the master bedroom.

DESIGN & PROJECT MANAGEMENT, RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT, REFURBISHMENT

With a stunning view over the Salvation army fields and across the Thames Estuary this project is the conversion of an existing office block into a residential apartment block. Planning permission was sought and subsequently approved to construct 4 new apartments.

Avery Walk, Clapham

CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTORS, DESIGN & PROJECT MANAGEMENT, NEW BUILDS, RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT

Parkview Developments were appointed as Principal Contractor to take over this project from a previous contractor who had gone into administration. The project involved the complete fit-out of these 9no. 4 storey townhouses complete with basements and associated external works which included section 278 works.

Parkview Developments are working along side our Joint venture partners to deliver this scheme of 9 residential apartments along with 1 commercial unit. The project will start in Autumn 2019 and be complete for summer 2020.

The Esplanade, Hullbridge

Parkview Developments were appointed for this heavy refurbishment to convert a 2 bedroom bungalow into a 3 storey 4 bedroom house. Located on the river the build consists of using carefully chosen materials to complement its surroundings. The project is due to complete in Autumn 2019.
