Parkview Developments were appointed as Principal Contractor to take over this project from a previous contractor who had gone into administration. The project involved the complete fit-out of these 9no. 4 storey townhouses complete with basements and associated external works which included section 278 works.
We undertook these works on a tight programme as the client had tenant's ready to move in.
